I read on the internet that no one can remove accurate negative items. Can my accurate negative items be removed?":
To answer this I need to clarify what is accurate...
Collection Accounts: collection companies are in business of purchasing debts that have been deemed un-collectible” and they generally do this for 7 to 10% of the original amount. Then they harass you into paying 5 to 10 times what they own the debt for! When the right questions are asked; you'll quickly realize the collection companies have violated your rights and cannot prove the debt is legally owed.
Charged off Credit Cards: Often credit card companies will list your account as "charged off" while allowing a collection company to also list negatively on you credit report. How can you owe two people for one debt?
If the account is accurate, can it still be removed: there's always the chance of settling a debt in return for a deletion of the negative listing.

“What is a Credit Score?”
A credit score is a number ranging from 350-850 and is generated by a mathematical formula. The higher your score is, the more likely you are to get a loan. The lower your score is, the less likely you are to get a loan. So, having a your credit score in the higher range can save many thousands of dollars over the life of your mortgage, auto loan, or your credit card.
Can the deletion of a bad account lower my credit score? Yes, but and below is the breakdown of how scores are calculated.
Let’s say you have an account with a few of late payments but, the account is 5 years old. Removing that may not be a good choice because your "NEW" average age of accounts drops and you end up with a new average length of credit history. This would significantly decrease your score!
“Why is my score different with the three reporting bureaus?”
The three main bureaus (Equifax, Transunion, and Experian) have different scoring systems that make an average difference of 30 to 60 points. In some cases it may be the result of a difference in and items that have not been reported accurately to the full compliance of the law.
